Terms & Conditions
All orders will be imposed a shipping fee according to country of destination. All orders totaling less than €200 ex. VAT will be imposed a handling fee of €14.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation, and we will ship the order within 1-2 days. Normally we try to ship the goods the day you order – if you order before 12 o’clock on a working day. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email with a track and trace number, so you can track the parcel on its way to you. Normal delivery time is 5-7 working days for deliveries within the EU and 5-10 working days for deliveries outside the EU.
Once you receive your order, please ensure that you have received the correct items. If not please contact us as quickly as possible.
All prices on the English and German websites are in EURO (EUR) and are inclusive of Danish VAT of 25%. Invoice will be sent via email after the order has been shipped.
The transaction currency is EURO unless other language site is chosen. All customers will be credit evaluated. Individuel contracts are made and can be terminated and changed without notice. In case of missing payment we reserve the right to demand payment up front on the 3 following orders, so that payment is received in full prior to shipping of order.
Retention of title
STINE A Jewelry reserves the ownership of all sold items until full payment sum incl. tax and interests has been paid.
Please note that colors on the website might vary compaired to the actual colors of the metals and gemstones. However, our jewelry packshots are a very truthfull representation of the actual colors.

STINE A Jewelry grants a 2 year warranty on all new items. But we differ between production errors, breaches and wear and tear. Our warranty covers production errors, but not breaches caused by maltreatment of the items, or wear and tear. Examples include but are not limited to: surface scratches, changes in character of gold plating and surface wear.
With all claims we require a valid receipt. We do not handle claims without a valid receipt.

We reservce the right to take reservations conserning typing errors, prices changes and sold out items. In case of a sold out item in your order, we will notify you.
